Currently tours of kikikaban atelier is not offered. However there are exhibitions which you can see varitety of kikikaban's products at onece. Also there are shortcourse you may want to apply, sometime take place in the atelier.

仕上げによって異なります。オイル仕上げのもの等はお手入れも簡単ですよ。
There are variety of Finishing you can choose from. Please ask how you would like to be lazy or challenge a bit.

場所にも時間にも縛られず、自由に、ゆっくり丁寧に作る事ができます。
型紙も、手順も、臨機応変に変えられます。
The method keeps kikikaban free from place, time or necessary processes.

縫いの作業は、小さなトートバッグで数時間、大きなものは数日かかります。
その他、包丁を研いだり、穴あけの時間等がかかります。
裁断は数時間続けて集中すると、頭も体も疲れてしまうので、休憩を挟みつつ行います。
オーダーのお品物になると、革の仕入れだけで半年かかるものも、型紙起こしで数ヶ月かかるものもあります。
Sometime few hours, sometime months.
It really depends on each.

手織りの布や、蚤の市等でヴィンテージの素材を仕入れることもございます。内布だけでなく、丈夫な家具用のデッドストック生地を利用したり、様々です。
Hand weaved cloths, colorful vintage cotton, fabrics for furniture are often used.

Custom order - kikikaban is only availabe at occasion for special ordering such as exchibition, set date beforehand.

在庫分：数日中に発送いたします。
展示品：展示会終了後、1週間程度で発送いたします。
聞き鞄のオーダーをお受けしたもの：出来上がり次第、発送いたします。

- In-stock items will ship within 2-3 days of your order being placed.
- Preordered products will ship on or within a week after the exhibition.
- Costom or Backordered products will ship when available.

聞き鞄としてオーダーをお受けしたものは、納品時にお振込みをお願いしています。
その他、オーダーをお受けする際に、ご相談ください。

When order, payment information will be given.

聞き鞄は、基本的に1点もののため、返品、交換を行っておりません。
買ってすぐに壊れてしまった場合等は、もちろん無償で修理いたします。
ショップからご購入いただいたお品は、未使用の場合のみ、お届けから30日間、返品をお受けします。
お店でご購入いただいたお品は、一旦、店舗へご相談ください。

Pre-made items ordered directly from kikikaban may be returned if the item is under conditions below:

- Items must be not used
- Shiped with a copy of the original packing slip within 30days after deliverly.

Returns that meet the above conditions should be sent to:

Refunds will only be issued for pre-maid products ordered directly from kikikaban and returned in original condition. Refunds will be issued for the value of the items ordered and any applicable sales taxes; original order shipping and handling and return freight charges will not be refunded.
